OWNERSHIP BENEFITS

When looking at similar sites to ours, or reading newspaper advertisements encouraging you to join a particular partnership or syndicate, you will see the words 'Full Owner Benefits', but what are these?

  •
Free entry to the Owners & Trainers facilities on the occasions that your horse runs. This includes car parking, entry to course, paddocks and, in most instances, owners bars and enclosures.

  • Regular e-mail and telephone updates on the progress of your horse.

  • Prize Money: Your percentage share of your horse’s winnings will be sent to you when received from Weatherbys.

  • Being able to visit the stables to see your horse. (Our Racing Manager can always arrange convenient times with our Trainer on your behalf.)

  • Our Racing Manager welcomes your telephone calls, and is usually available most days between the hours of 8.30am and 8.00pm.

  • A maximum of 20 owners per horse.

  • All owners are registered with Weatherbys as members of High Moor Racing.

  • Compliance with the rules of the British Horseracing Board Co-Ownership Guide to Partnerships.

  • Racing Competitions, open to family & friends.

  • Social Events.

  • Involvement in friendly, professionally run partnerships where we care about our owners and horses.

   PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are various schemes and, unlike some sites, we are transparent with our pricing, which is clearly displayed on the Available Shares page of this site.

There are no hidden charges and fully inclusive is, just that.

  •    A one-off payment purchases your share of your chosen horse and is then followed by a fully inclusive monthy training fee.

  •  Some owners prefer to pay annually in advance which covers all training costs for a fixed period.

  •  Free Lease Shares are occassionally available, and you still get full ownership benefits but there is no up-front payment.

The above are the most popular ways to pay.  We are, however, always willing to discuss alternative payment methods or, if you are looking to be involved in more than one horse, we are happy to discuss any proposal you might have.
